There is now a full reconciliation summary report for each funds transfer at the payment account level. Transactions, sales tax remitted by GiveSignup | RunSignup, refunds, holdbacks, and adjustments are broken down by line item in a summary table. You are able to easily download each line item for a report across all of your run/walk/rides, tickets, donation websites, and memberships in a single CSV export.
You can view this report when you navigate to your Payment Account page. Click on the Payments tab. Then click View Payments.
Select a funds transfer.
Then you can view and drill into any of the details from the funds transfer. The addition of CSV exports per line item in the summary table allows your CFO or finance team to easily reconcile funds transferred across all of the events, donations, and memberships that generated revenue for your organization.
This release builds on the first two parts of our updates to Payment Account Reports that give your organization more financial reporting and reconciliation capabilities at the payment account level:
- Download all Transactions Per Funds Transfer: This is now included in the summary table. You can export a list of all transactions across all events, donations, and memberships that generated revenue per funds transfer.
- Add Custom Account Codes: You can add custom Account Codes for each entity (run/walk/ride, donation website, ticket event, membership, etc.) to your payment account reports. These fields will show as new columns in the transactions download per funds transfer so that your internal code is associated with each transaction. This release is particularly useful for fiscal sponsors and large nonprofits that use internal codes for financial reconciliation and accounting.
