Donation Confirmation Emails

Donation confirmation emails for donation websites, forms, and fundraising campaigns have a new style update that features your nonprofit’s branding (and not GiveSignup’s) in a clean, modern donation receipt.

Donations made to a fundraiser and/or campaign will also include the name of the fundraiser and campaign in the confirmation email:

You can also add your own custom thank you message to donors by navigating to Donation Website >> Notifications. Click Donation Made.

You can add text anywhere in the notification. In this example, a short thank you message is added above the receipt information. Click Save Changes once you’ve made your updates.

GiveSignup’s new donation confirmation emails are another reason why nonprofits are upgrading from Paypal donations to save money, promote their brand, and raise more.
